JKT48 fans were previously confused about Erika Ebisawa Kuswan who had been living in Japan for months.
The 6th Generation girl has today spokes out that she got a scholarship from Japanese government and is forced her to move on to Japan, which means Erika has announced her resignation from JKT48 and take study in Japan.
"Honestly, I started to apply this Scolarship at the time before I joined JKT48 and it was my family's plan. I really cannot believe this. Apologise to staff, members, and the fans for my decision." wrote Erika on Twitter.
