She said that the salary system in AKB48 remains according to the contract.
Salary per year, according to the contract, divided by 12 months and is paid monthly.
If members working hard enough, able to enter senbatsu, getting lots of jobs, then their salary in will be increased in the following year's if they agree to renew.
