GNZ48 member Chen HongYu violated the group's code of conduct.
Chen Hongyu admitted she is in contact with a fan and received huge gifts, and a potential major boost of voting during SNH48 Group General Election which she rejected.
After some internal discussions, the following punishment is issued:
1. Red card issued
2. Revoking of official member status
3. Suspension of all activities
4. Confiscation of social media accounts
Despite all that, Chen Hongyu denied being in a relationship with the man.
