Top 10 MV Rankings

STU48’s "Ai no Omosa" rounds off the top three, with over 3.6 million views, followed by popular tracks from AKB48 and NMB48. Despite being based in Japan, groups like NMB48 and SKE48 have also secured strong positions in the top ten, confirming their appeal across Asia. Notably, NMB48’s "Kore ga Ai na no ka?" and AKB48’s "Colorcon Wink" stand out, highlighting the group’s resilience and fan loyalty. Meanwhile, SKE48’s "Ai no Hologram" ranks at #7 with 1.88 million views, showing that the original Japanese members continue to have a lasting impact.

Key Entries in the Top 20 and Rising Stars

JKT48’s new entry, "Seishun no Laptime," debuted at #19, while their track "Ama Nojaku Batta" holds the eighth position. Other international sister groups also made significant appearances, with Thailand’s BNK48 securing spots in the top 20 through songs like "Kiss Me" and "Dare no Koto wo Ichiban Aishiteru?". The strong performance by JKT48 and BNK48 emphasises the global reach of the 48 Group phenomenon.

Up-and-Coming and Lesser-Known MVs

Beyond the top 20, the 48 Group's newer and lesser-known groups, like CGM48 and UNLAME, showed their presence. CGM48's "Love Trip" and "Generation Change" made the rankings, alongside songs from SKE48 and STU48. UNLAME’s entries, such as "Unlame" and "Vivid Girl," add diversity to the mix, highlighting fresh talent from both Japan and overseas.

The Notable Absence of MNL48

In an unexpected twist, MNL48 from the Philippines has yet to release any new MVs in 2024. Their absence from the list may impact their international fanbase and position within the 48 Group family.

With consistent releases and growing viewership, JKT48 and BNK48 continue to break boundaries, affirming the 48 Group’s global appeal. As fans look forward to the remaining releases of the year, these rankings underscore the dynamic landscape of 48 Group and its sister groups worldwide.
