After a brief hiatus from music, talented actor and singer Mew Suppasit Jongcheveevat has returned to the spotlight with his heartfelt new single, “Absence (Channeling the Heart's Void)”.
This soul-touching track, aiming to fill the small empty spaces in listeners’ hearts, debuted at Union Co-Event Space, located at Union Mall.
The highly anticipated launch event drew numerous VIPs, industry friends, and Mew’s devoted fanbase, the Mewlions, who packed the venue to offer their unwavering support.
The event kicked off with the MC inviting Mew Suppasit to share insights on the inspiration behind this new track, accompanied by MV director Krisaya.
Mew opened up, explaining, “This is the first single from my second album, and I wanted it to be a warm, medium-paced song that suits any moment.
I hope that listeners feeling any emptiness in their hearts will feel a sense of fullness through this song—whether it’s memories of a loved one or a precious past moment. I even requested it to be a song perfect for a wedding proposal.”
The audience was then treated to the premiere of the “Absence” music video.
Yet, an even bigger surprise awaited when Tul Pakorn Thanasrivanitchai, a special guest and Mew’s significant other, made an appearance in the music video.
As emotions ran high, Mew brought the surprise to a grand crescendo, inviting Tul on stage before going down on one knee and proposing.
The two exchanged rings amidst roaring cheers and applause from the crowd, creating a breathtaking moment that left attendees stunned.
