Ninomiya Kazunari is set to take on a gripping new role in 8-ban Deguchi (8番出口) a psychological thriller directed by Kawamura Genki.
Inspired by the 2023 adventure game Exit 8, the film follows an unnamed protagonist who becomes trapped in a mysterious underground passageway that loops endlessly.
The recently released teaser introduces Kazunari Ninomiya's character as he struggles to escape the eerie subway tunnel.
Fans can also catch a glimpse of actor Kawauchi Yamato, who plays the enigmatic "Walking Man" known as "Ojisan."
Kawamura Genki, best known as a producer for Your Name, takes the helm as director and screenwriter, promising a tense, mind-bending cinematic experience.
The film’s visual elements, including an atmospheric poster and still cuts, have also been revealed.
