Big news for SWAG! ONE N’ ONLY’s Kamimura Kenshin is out—both from the group and his agency, Stardust Promotion.
The shocking announcement dropped on 4 March, citing a "serious compliance violation."
The official website confirmed the decision, apologising to fans and industry partners for the sudden news.
"Due to a major compliance breach, Kamimura Kenshin has left the group and his contract has been terminated as of today," the statement read.
The reason? A serious rule violation—he was involved in molestation in Hong Kong!
From fan meetings to police meetings—Kenshin Kamimura has landed himself in a scandal that no PR team can fix.
The Japanese idol was arrested in Hong Kong on suspicion of molesting a female translator during a post-event dinner in Mong Kok.
It all started on March 2, when Kamimura held a fan meeting in Tung Chung. The alleged victim, a translator for the event, had no prior connection with him.
Later that night, at a celebration dinner with staff, things reportedly took a dark turn.
The next day, the woman, accompanied by a social worker, reported the incident to the police. Kamimura was arrested the same day.
On March 4, he appeared in West Kowloon Magistrates' Courts, where the case was adjourned to April 15. If convicted under Hong Kong’s criminal laws, he could be staring at a decade behind bars.
His agency, Stardust Promotion, wasted no time in dropping him like a hot potato, announcing his immediate expulsion from ONE N' ONLY and contract termination for "serious misconduct." His Instagram? Gone. His career? Probably too.
