Wang Yibo’s racing journey hit another milestone as he secured second place in the China GT pre-season warm-up race on 29 March at Ningbo International Circuit.
Teaming up with Adderly Fong in the No. 85 Audi R8 LMS GT3 EVO II for Uno Racing, the 27-year-old singer-turned-racer powered through tough weather conditions to land a podium finish.
Rain had already made the track a nightmare, and Yibo himself suffered a scare during practice when his car lost control, skidding into the barriers.
Thankfully, he was unharmed and pushed on to race day.
The final showdown saw Wang Yibo taking over the wheel for the second half, fending off fierce competition from seasoned driver Luo Kailuo.

Despite the slippery track, he held his ground and crossed the finish line in second place, adding another trophy to his growing motorsport career.
This isn’t his first podium, though—he’s already made waves in the GT scene, scoring wins in Zhuhai last year.
Before making the shift to four wheels, Yibo was a recognised name in motorcycle racing.
As fans cheered him on, Yibo proved yet again that his speed and skills extend far beyond the entertainment stage. Racing, acting, music—what can’t he do?
