If you’ve ever dreamt of being a K-pop star, performing on stage with the biggest names in the industry, now’s your chance! THEBLACKLABEL, the agency behind BLACKPINK’s Rosé, is hosting global auditions – and Malaysia is one of the stops!
Set to take place on 17th May 2025 (Saturday), the audition will be held at Flow Academy, located in IOI Mall Damansara.
This is part of a global search for the agency’s next star, with auditions taking place across 14 cities in 11 countries, including Thailand, the USA, Japan, and more.
So, who’s eligible?
If you were born between 2006 and 2015, you’re in luck!
The agency is looking for talented individuals from all nationalities to audition for one of three categories: vocal, rap, or dance.
Whether you’ve got the voice to serenade the masses, the rhythm to rap, or the moves to own the stage, there’s a place for you to shine!
To apply, just head over to the official audition website and fill out the Google Form.
Be sure to register before the deadline, which is three days before each city’s audition.
Once you’ve registered, the selected applicants will receive an email with details about the audition time and location.
The lucky finalists chosen from these global auditions will be offered the chance to join THEBLACKLABEL as an official trainee.
If you didn’t know, THEBLACKLABEL is the brainchild of YG Entertainment’s famous producers, Teddy Park and Kush, and is already home to superstars like BIGBANG’s Taeyang, BLACKPINK’s Rosé, Jeon Somi, and MEOVV.
