Domundi TV, a prominent Thai entertainment company known for its popular dramas and digital content, has issued an official statement emphasizing its ongoing commitment to protecting the safety, dignity, and reputations of its artists.

In light of rising public discourse around ethical concerns and symbolic violence in entertainment, the company has made it clear that it will not hesitate to take legal action against individuals or entities who cause harm to its talent.

The statement, published via Domundi TV’s verified Instagram account, comes at a time when online platforms and digital entertainment outlets are facing increased scrutiny.

Public concern has grown over the portrayal of unhealthy relationships, symbolic or psychological aggression in media, and the rise of malicious behavior targeting celebrities—often through misinformation, defamation, or harassment on social media.

According to the company, all of Domundi TV’s productions strictly adhere to global ethical standards and relevant regulations. They state that every project is developed with care to ensure it promotes healthy storytelling and positive values.

Domundi also collaborates with relevant authorities and organizations during production and is open to receiving feedback from audiences after content has aired.

Most notably, the agency has drawn a firm line: it will actively pursue legal recourse against any individuals or groups who defame or otherwise damage the reputation of its artists. This includes both online and offline misconduct. The company stressed that it takes the mental well-being and professional integrity of its talent very seriously.

“Domundi TV always aims to create a safe space not only for our artists but for fans and the wider online community,” the statement reads. “We ask for everyone’s cooperation in fostering a respectful and inclusive environment.”

This move has been met with support from many in the entertainment industry, who see it as a necessary step in protecting talent amid an increasingly complex digital landscape. As public figures become more vulnerable to targeted attacks, agencies are being called to adopt stronger safeguards—and Domundi TV appears to be doing just that.
