GMMTV is not messing around when it comes to protecting its artists.
The Thai entertainment giant has taken legal action against an individual who allegedly used Est Supha’s name to collect donations without his knowledge.
GMMTV announced that they had appointed legal representatives to handle the case.
According to the agency, the scam involved raising funds supposedly to support Est’s series and other projects.
"GMMTV confirms that we have authorised legal representatives for Est Supha Sangaworawong to file a police report and pursue legal steps against those impersonating our artist using fake accounts," the agency stated.
The fake account in question allegedly solicited food support and organised several projects under the guise of promoting Est’s work.

GMMTV made it clear that none of these activities had any connection to the actor.
This comes just after Est wrapped up his latest project, ThamePo Series (or ThamePo: Heart That Skips a Beat), alongside his LYKN bandmates.
Given the circumstances, the fraudulent activity not only misled fans but also caused harm to Est’s reputation.
The agency strongly advised fans to stay away from any events linked to the fake account and to remain cautious of potential scams.
"If you come across any suspicious or illegal activities, please report them to the company immediately," GMMTV urged.
Est himself has acknowledged the situation and assured fans that he’s taking it seriously.
"The agency will release an official statement, likely this week. We do not take this matter lightly and will not let it slide. Thank you," Est posted on X/Twitter.
With legal action now underway, GMMTV is sending a clear message—no one messes with their artists and gets away with it.
