Ex-TVB Star Casper Chan: "I Want to Be the Chicken Feet Queen" |
Casper Chan aka Chén Kǎi Yí, once known as TVB’s "royal maid," is now on a new journey—selling chicken feet!
The 42-year-old actress announced on social media that she’s starting a food business, embracing a fresh start with a street stall.
"In life, there's nothing you can't do," she declared.
"After careful thought, I decided to set up a stall!" It’s a big leap from the glamorous world of acting, but Casper is all in.
From TVB Star to Food Entrepreneur
Casper made her mark in TV dramas like On the First Beat, Best Bet, Legend of the Demigods, and Can't Buy Me Love.
Before that, she competed in the 2000 Miss Hong Kong pageant.
But despite her long career, acting opportunities have dried up.
"I have age anxiety," she admitted.
"Actresses get judged for getting older, and there aren't many roles left for me. Before my career fades completely, it's time to try something new."
