Xu Ruohan and Xie Binbin are the latest celeb pair caught in the whirlwind of dating rumours after paparazzi footage showed the two returning to the same residential area in the early hours following a casual dinner out.
Naturally, gossip took off like wildfire across social media, with fans and netizens buzzing: are they or aren’t they?
Cue the official denials – and quickly, at that.
Xu Ruohan’s team was the first to squash the rumour, stating firmly: “The artist is single. It was a dinner gathering with multiple friends. Please do not spread false information about private gatherings.”

Xie Binbin, born in 1995, is a proper all-rounder – actor, singer, and host – with a friendly image that’s made him a familiar face in variety shows and romantic dramas alike. He’s a graduate of Zhejiang University of Technology and the Beijing Film Academy, just like many of his generation of multi-talented entertainers.
